I feel this is really important to share after the recent events in Woolwich, London. After the horrifying murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in the streets by Islamic terrorists, anti-Islamic racism has escalated frighteningly across UK social networking alone, and even in the streets. We still need to teach people that the disgusting acts of a select few does not mean other Muslims are of the same mold. This video reflects this, and the disturbing man at the end of the video reflects the attitudes we need to correct.
‘I remember I went for a walk a few weeks ago. I came across an anti-Islamic group of protesters. I spoke to one of them and when they found I was a veteran he told me, ‘Doesn’t it make you sick, after fighting to protect your country these people are allowed in to do whatever they please.” And I said,‘Yes I did protect my country, but you’re not doing the same are you?” - My elderly neighbor, a WWII fighter pilot who fought against Nazi’s and shows more religious tolerance than many a Briton today.
